Most Important Terms And Conditions.
  1. HDFC Bank NRI customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
  2. HDFC Bank & HDFC group company's employees shall not be eligible to participate in the offer
  3. All valid transactions where customer is registering & sending money in the same month, will be eligible for the offer. HDFC Bank will not be responsible for invalid transactions.
  4. The assured gift offer is only for customers who qualify for it by meeting the eligibility.
  5. The selected NRI customer gets an assured gift if he/she registers for HDFC Bank’s Quickremit service & remits funds in the same month during the period of offer.
  6. The assured gift offer is valid till 28th February 2014.
  7. Invalid / rejected / incomplete registrations or returned, disputed or unauthorized / fraudulent transactions, will not be considered for the offer.
  8. HDFC Bank is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of assured gifts / service provided by the vendor / service provider. The quality of the gift / service is the responsibility of the vendor / service provider.
  9. Nothing herein amounts as a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar or other schemes/offers.
  10. Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the city of Mumbai (India) irrespective of whether Courts in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HDFC Bank.
  11. HDFC Bank is not responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that a customer may suffer, sustain or incur due to the offer.
  12. Customers will be notified by email only. Emails will be sent only to the email ids of the customers registered with HDFC Bank’s Quickremit service.
  13. HDFC Bank reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer whether similar to above or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
  14. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  15. The coupons entitling receipt of gifts would be dispatched to customers email id within 6 weeks from the date the offer ends.
  16. HDFC Bank is not / will not be responsible in case of coupons sent but not received or received late by the customer due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website
