Please note:
- The details provided by the Cardmember in this form will be used for the purpose
of contacting the Cardmember, and this does not purport to be an application form
by itself
- The customer will necessarily need to fill up the necessary application form and
provide the required documentation for the respective product that the Sales Personnel
would be providing, to avail of the product.
- Entering the contact details or applying for the product alone would not automatically
make the customer eligible for the product � the credit norms and policies applicable
from time to time would govern the actual product allotment.
- By filling up this form the customer agrees to the Sales Personnel of HDFC Bank
to call him/her for the purposes of marketing, and also agrees to provide all required
details and necessary documentation (wherever applicable) to the Sales Personnel
when contacted by them.
- The terms and conditions in the Cardmember Agreement of the HDFC Bank Credit Cards
would be applicable on the product applied for. The terms and conditions mentioned
herein would be read in conjunction with the same.
- The Terms and conditions governing each product would continue to apply on the individual
products.
