To change your e-mail address on our records, you need to process the same at two locations online.
1) Kindly follow the steps mentioned below to change your e-mail address on NetBanking:
Login to NetBanking with your Customer Identification Number and password.
Go to "My contact details" (at the top right hand corner of the page) and make the necessary changes.
Click on "Submit"
You will be asked to reconfirm the details entered and click on "Submit" once more to have the details registered.
2) You also need to update the e-mail address on NetBanking by following the steps mentioned below.
Login to NetBanking with your Customer Identification Number and password.
Go to "Contact Us" (at the top of the page).
Select "Click here" along side the statement "To update your Email ID please..."
Enter the e-mail address twice and click on "Submit".
The change happens online.
