Log-on to NetBanking

In the next screen, bill amount and due date will be displayed. Confirm the payment
Pay through DirectPay HDFC Bank customers using Reliance or BSNL Ernakulam, Nashik and Aurangabad telephone services can pay their telephone bills either through the regular HDFC Bank BillPay methods (ATM/ MobileBanking/ NetBanking services) or through DirectPay facility enabled by HDFC Bank with Reliance Infocomm or the respective BSNL website.
How does one avail of this facility? You have to be registered with NetBanking and also registered with Reliance Infocomm or respective BSNL website making online payments.
For availing of DirectPay facility through Reliance Infocomm, you have to :
1. Go to www.relianceinfo.com
2. Click on Reliance Mobile
3. Go to My RIM
4. Register for BillPay using your mobile number
5. Within seconds you will get the password on your registered mobile number.
6. You can then login & pay
For availing of DirectPay facility through BSNL, you have to :
1. Fill in the login ID and password on the bill payment page of the BSNL website.

2. These details (login ID and password) will be verified and authenticated by BSNL
3. The billing details will be shown on the screen which you can confirm and then choose HDFC BANK to pay the same.
4. You are then presented with the NetBanking screen of HDFC Bank where you login to NetBanking by entering your CustID and Password. (The billing details are electronically sent to HDFC BANKs internet banking server.)
5. You will be asked to confirm the payment of the bill and the account that you wish to debit from for this payment.
6. A confirmation of the transaction and a reference number will be given.
